How can I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by calling us, sending an email or through the online appointment form on our website.

How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by phone, email or by leaving a message on our voicemail. A cancellation communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment by email or voicemail is considered officially cancelled, even if you have not yet received confirmation from our practice.

What happens if I forget my appointment or cancel too late?

We understand that sometimes you may unexpectedly be unable to cancel an appointment on time. Therefore, we do not charge any costs the first time. However, when an appointment is cancelled too late or missed for the second time, we are obliged to charge the reserved treatment time. We thank you for your understanding, so that we can use our time as efficiently as possible for all our patients.

What should I do in case of emergency dental complaints?

Do you have acute toothache, a broken tooth or swelling? Please contact our practice as soon as possible. During our opening hours you can call us directly. Outside our opening hours you can contact the emergency dental service. The telephone number can be found on our website under the contact section.

Where can my previous dentist send my patient file?

Your previous dentist can safely send your patient file to our practice by email or post. Contact us for the correct contact details.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, our practice is currently accepting new patients. You can easily register via the registration form on our website.

How can I register at the practice?

You can register online via the registration form on our website. After receiving your details, we will contact you to schedule a first appointment.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

We ask you to bring a valid identity document and, if applicable, a medication overview.

What are the rates for dental treatments?

The rates for dental care in the Netherlands are set annually by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). As a result, rates are virtually the same at all dental practices.

Are dental treatments covered by my health insurance?

This depends on your health insurance and any supplementary insurance. Please consult your policy conditions or contact your insurer.

Yes, a dental hygienist also works at our practice. You can visit us for professional dental cleaning and preventive oral care.

Can I visit you for implants?

Yes, we offer implantology treatments. During a consultation we will assess whether an implant is suitable for you.

Do you also offer cosmetic dentistry?

Yes, we offer various cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening, aesthetic fillings and veneers.

I am afraid of the dentist. Do you take that into account?

Yes, we have extensive experience treating anxious patients. We take our time, explain every step clearly and ensure a calm treatment.

Can I pay in instalments?
